We are living through a crisis of truth. It's hard to tell what is right, which voices are legitimate, and who to trust. The Christian way reminds us that there is such a thing as truth, and speaking it will often bring conflict. In those moments, we can have the courage not to run from those conversations, and carry the wisdom and grace to bring truth to light. In Week 2 of our Voices series, we learn how to test for truth.

The voices you listen to are the voices that shape you over time. The voices in this world shape us in the image of the world, while the voice of God shapes us in the image of Jesus. Who do you listen to each day? Who are you becoming? Join us in this series, Voices, as we learn to how listen to God’s voice and become more like Jesus.

The false gods of this world will promise a flourishing life, but they can never deliver what is only found in Christ. In the last week of our Identity series, we discover how we can flourish in Christ by finding our identity in his unchanging truth.

Our culture says, "To find yourself, search within." Besides being complex, it also tells us very little about what we ought to do with what we discover. The Christian worldview suggests a different route. "If you want to find yourself, look outside of yourself to your Designer and his Design before you look within." This small shift changes everything. It doesn't degrade the value of self-discovery. It illuminates, shapes, and directs it. This message discusses what it means to bear "the Image of God".

The “Secular Salvation Story” isn’t working. It tells us to place our trust in ourselves. Through human progress and personal achievement, we can live the dream. But 2020 has crashed that dream.
